Genuity offers three different high-end VPN packages, each tailored to companies, enterprises and government offices.

The company's first offering, VPN Service for Cisco, is a simple, elegant site-to-site VPN solution for enterprise-level businesses or companies with a number of remote users. Using Cisco routers and a secure IP network, a company's corporate headquarters, remote offices, suppliers, business partners, and customers can send and receive information securely via dedicated connections. This offering has full management and monitoring, along with Service Level Agreements, and support for extranet applications.

Genuity's second offering, VPN Advantage for Nortel Networks Contivity, is a service targeted at companies with international offices and remote users. It uses dedicated VPN Gateways and offers remote access through IPSec-encrypted tunnels. This allows a company to communicate securely over a private IP backbone, or over the Internet, from virtually anywhere in the world. Like the first offering, it also has a Service Level Agreement and support for extranet applications.

The third offering is a general option for government industries. There are three VPN sub-offerings: VPN Advantage for Alcatel Secure Solutions, designed for site-to-site networks, VPN Advantage for Nortel Networks Contivity, specializing in secure remote access VPNs, and a deluxe package named VPN Remote Access Suite for Nortel Networks Contivity, with DiaLinx Remote Access, and BizConnect or Internet Advantage Dedicated Internet Access.
