VPN Dynamics Announces Support Program
July 22, 2002 -- Security appliance builder VPN Dynamics (VPNDynamics.com) announced on Monday that it has introduced its Dynamic Care service and support program for its V4 and V6 "Secured by Check Point" VPN and firewall appliances for small and branch office environments.
Combining the Check Point Software subscription support with hardware service in one package, Dynamic Care offers a seamless support experience to end users. The program includes Check Point-certified support engineers, available by email and by phone, with customized plans available for service providers and resellers.
The VPN Dynamics V4, says the company, comes integrated with software from Check Point company SofaWare Technologies. The V4 can be purchased running any one of SofaWare’s Safe@ products, including Safe@Home, Safe@Home Pro, Safe@Office or Safe@Office Plus, based on the Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1 technology. The V6 comes with Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1 SmallOffice Next Generation software.
"Small office environments have very similar security needs as the largest enterprise, and so in turn need comparable levels of support," said Pradeep Aswani, vice president, business development, VPN Dynamics, "With Dynamic Care, we offer Check Point certified expertise, to ensure that our customers networks run smoothly and with the utmost integrity."
