TrueSecure Appoints Chairman and CEO

November 19, 2002 -- Security services provider TrueSecure Corporation (TrueSecure.com) announced on Monday that it has named John C. Becker chairman of the board and CEO.

An information security pioneer, says TrueSecure, Becker is the former chairman and CEO of publicly traded information security software and services company AXENT Technologies Inc., and has more than 20 years of industry expertise.

TruSecure says Becker has demonstrated an excellent track record of success through his leadership and understanding of strategic market issues. As chairman and CEO of AXENT, he helped lead the company from start-up in December of 1994 to an IPO in April of 1996 and finally to the company’s sale to Symantec Corporation.
