telcoBlue Targets International VoIP Market
May 26, 2003 -- (FIND VPN) -- VoIP provider telcoBlue Inc. (telcoBlue.com) announced on Friday that it has added Sweden to its long distance Connectivity+ telephone network.
For just over 2 cents per minute, says telcoBlue, anyone with a PC in the US or Canada can call a regular telephone in Sweden using telcoBlue's prepaid calling service available at telcoBlue's Web site.
telcoBlue says it is now one of a handful of VoIP service providers offering service from the United States to Sweden. The country is the 16th, including the US, to which telcoBlue now offers service, all added since December 2002, including countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The company says it will continue to add countries throughout the year.
"telcoBlue gives our customers a choice in long distance calling for an attractive price. Our award winning software will allow us to merge video, audio and data and also solves many of the billing problems which plague the industry," said Ronald McIntyre, chairman & CEO of telcoBlue. "The addition of Sweden is a continuation of our roll-out extending affordable, long distance calling to high traffic destinations throughout the world."
