Stratecast Study Shows Software-Based IP VPN Influence
September 18, 2002 -- A new report by research organization Stratecast Partners (Stratecast.com) indicates that software-based IP VPNs propel growth in a number of IP VPN service and technology sectors, the company said on Tuesday.
"Stratecast Partners believes software-based IP VPNs will influence market demand for IP VPNs and will accelerate development in other IP VPN categories," says Michael Suby, senior research analyst, Data/Internet Services Growth Strategies (DSGS) Analysis Service, Stratecast Partners.
Entitled “Software-Based IP VPNs Sector Assessment,” the new report examines and assesses the evolving software-based IP VPN sector from a variety of angles.
The report places particular emphasis on a collection of five solution providers, including Check Point Software Technologies Inc., eTunnels, Imperito Networks, IP Dynamics and OpenReach.
