SSH Signs Reseller Agreement With iGov.com
April 9, 2003 -- (FIND VPN) -- Internet security solutions provider SSH Communications Security Inc. (SSH.com) announced on Wednesday that it has signed a reseller agreement with General Services Administration (GSA) government reseller iGov.com.
Under the terms of the agreement, says SSH, iGov.com will promote SSH Secure Shell, SSH Sentinel VPN Client, SSH Certifier, Certification Authority and SSH Accession authentication application products in its catalog of GSA-authorized Internet security solutions for US government customers.
According to SSH, many government organizations turn to iGov for security purchases under the company's GSA IT contract. The inclusion of SSH Secure Shell in iGov's catalog, says SSH, should serve to expand the company's visibility and customer base in the government sector.
"SSH has had a long standing commitment to providing superior security solutions to the U.S. government," says George Adams, president and CEO of SSH. "This partnership with iGov, will allow more government organizations easy access to SSH Secure Shell, a crucially important tool in securing the transmission of vital communications and data among U.S. government agencies in the U.S. homeland abroad."
