SafeNet Announces VPN Client for Pocket PC 2002
September 25, 2002 -- Internet security technology provider SafeNet (SafeNet-Inc.com) announced on Wednesday that it has released SoftRemotePDA for the Pocket PC 2002.
Compatible with any portable handheld device using Pocket PC 2002, including the Compaq iPAQ and Casio Cassiopeia, SoftRemotePDA for Pocket PC 2002 secures connections between handheld devices and the corporate network.
The handheld client software, says SafeNet, s based on the company’s standard VPN client software SoftRemote, which is currently licensed to 35 leading OEM manufacturers.

"Today we are extending our market position so that Pocket PC users can now communicate securely with corporate networks.
