SafeNet Appoints New Program Director
March 17, 2003 -- (FIND VPN) -- Private and public network security solutions provider SafeNet (SafeNet-Inc.com) announced on Tuesday that it has appointed Ray Millaway as Director, Government Business Development, where he will be responsible for civilian and defense business development within SafeNet's Enterprise Security Division.
Before joining SafeNet, says the company, Millaway served in several key positions in a military career, including several tours in Southeast Asia and Europe within Special Operations, as well as performing over seven years in the White House as a Presidential Telecommunications Officer. Prior to SafeNet, Millaway was responsible for information assurance programs for RACAL.
"With an outstanding track record in the security industry, Ray Millaway brings valuable experience to our high assurance business development team," said Chris Fedde, senior vice president and General Manager, Enterprise Security Division of SafeNet. "Ray's prior military and government experience will greatly benefit SafeNet as the company defines emerging high assurance security opportunities within the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security."
