New VPN Tracker for Mac OS X Version Released
November 12, 2002 -- VPN software solution developer equinux Inc. (Equinux.com) announced on Wednesday that it has begun distributing a maintenance release of its VPN client for Mac OS X, VPN Tracker.
The new release, says equinux, contains a number of bug fixes as well as a few minor enhancements.
"Anyone using VPN Tracker and anyone interested in the product should use this new release," says Chloë Richardson, marketing manager of the VPN Tracker product range. "We are developing some more great features in our product, so this is just the beginning."
equinux says the VPN Tracker client allows users to connect to other commercial VPN gateways or software gateways using Linux, Mac OS X or Windows. Built-in connection types for Linux FreeS/WAN, PGPnet, Windows 2000/XP, SonicWall, Check Point VPN-1 and ZyXEL ZyWALL allow for easy setup.
