ISPhone Launches VoIP-PRO Billing Platform
April 8, 2003 -- (FIND VPN) -- VoIP technology developer ISPhone Inc. (ISPhone.net) announced this week that it has released VoIP-PRO, the company's proprietary billing software for Voice over Internet Protocol service providers, designed for use with RADIUS-based gateways including Cisco and Quintum products.
VoIP-PRO, says ISPhone, enables service providers to operate and maintain in-house billing solutions. Using VoIP-PRO's online interface, service providers can create, activate, deactivate, refresh, monitor and control prepaid and postpaid calling cards and accounts. The interface also allows viewing of call detail records and account information.
In connection with the service providers' originating gateways, VoIP-PRO can produce multi-language interactive voice responses (IVRs), says ISPhone. The system can produce IVRs for an unlimited number of gateways, and can be located anywhere on the provider's LAN or WAN.
"We have often heard that the packages available today are too expensive or don't meet the service providers' requirements," said Victor von Schlegell, president of ISPhone. "VoIP-PRO's draws from our experience to deliver the functions service providers need at a price they can afford."
