IPVoice Engages GoldenTree Capital

(IPVoice.com) announced on Thursday that it had engaged GoldenTree Capital LLC (GoldenTreeCapital.com) to manage SEC compliance for the company and provide advisory and management services related to ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
