Enterasys Announces New Executive Appointments

August 15, 2002 -- Enterprise networking solution provider Enterasys Networks Inc. (enterasys.com) announced on Thursday that it has made three additions to its senior management team.

The company has appointed Ray Hunt as executive vice president of supply chain management, Steven Caparco as vice president of finance and corporate controller and Gil Arbel as executive vice president of product management.

Hunt will join the company immediately, reporting directly to CEO William O’Brien. In the new role, Hunt will be responsible for the company’s supply chain operations.

Caparco will begin with Enterasys August 19, 2002, and will be responsible for worldwide internal financial controls, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Arbel will also begin immediately, and will be responsible for product management and marketing strategies and initiatives.
