Comporium Picks Nuera VoIP Gateway
April 10, 2003 -- (FIND VPN) -- Voice over Internet Protocol infrastructure solutions provider Nuera Communications Inc. (Nuera.com) announced incumbent local exchange carrier Comporium has chosen the Nuera ORCA RDT-8g for its first voice over IP primary line deployment.
According to Nuera, the RDT-8 has been installed by service providers around the world, and provides the advanced voice processing capabilities and high system availability required for primary and secondary line services. The Nuera solution allows Comporium to bundle its customers' voice and data traffic on a single IP pipe
