InfoEX Announces Beijing VPN and MPLS Conference

June 20, 2002 -- Trade show and industry event organizer InfoEX World Services Ltd. (InfoEXWS.com) announced on Monday that it will be organizing a virtual private network and multi-protocol label switching conference to be held at the China World Hotel in Beijing, in September of 2002.

The upcoming conference, says InfoEX, is geared toward those searching for information on navigating through the implementation of VPNs as well as the development of MPLS-based services. Topics of discussion will include building firewall infrastructure for IP-VPN or meeting the challenges of deploying MPLS-based networks.

VPN-specific discussions will offer a perspective on the technical challenges and business opportunities presented by recent innovations in VPN technology, in order to help providers and enterprises better plan for and manage the deployment of new capabilities.

The MPLS discussion section will address the deployment of IP/MPLS from a strategic, operational and technical perspective. The discussion, says InfoEX, is intended to evaluate and discuss the trends, development and potential of MPLS as a tool for service providers.
