Aventail Presents on VPNs at Service Networks/ISPCon
November 5, 2002 -- SSL VPN solution provider Aventail Corporation (Aventail.com) announced last week that the company’s director of product marketing Jude O’Reilley will be participating this week in a "VPN Face Off" panel at SERVICE NETWORKS/ISPCON.
The panel takes place Tuesday, November 5, at 1:45 pm at the San Jose Convention Center. It will examine the pros and cons of using SSL, IPSec and MPLS protocols for VPNs. O’Reilley will offer a business perspective on why SSL VPNs are a better remote access and extranet alternative to IPSec VPNs. He will also discuss how providers can profit from the growing SSL VPN market.
O’Reilley will conclude his presentation with some real-world examples of how Aventail’s partners, including IBM Global Services, Infonet, ANXe Business and Bell Nexxia, are helping customers reduce management and support costs with Aventail’s clientless VPN.
